Studios, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom penthouse condos are available in this village.
One covered carport for every condo with lots of additional guest parking is provided. You will enjoy your own private laundry room which has additional storage space located across the hall from the front door.
One indoor cat is welcome.
The newly renovated Village I Clubhouse includes a full kitchen, fireplace, pool table, lending library, sofa, love seats and a flat screen TV. A wonderful Fitness Center complete with saunas and showers in the men’s and women’s restrooms.

You will enjoy your own private laundry room which has additional storage space located across the hall from the front door. This Village allows one spayed or neutered dog weighing up to 25 pounds or one or two spayed or neutered cats.

Three seven story buildings comprise this Village: 1000, 900 and 800 have views of Tampa Bay, the Cove Cay Marina or the lush Cove Cay Golf Course. Building 2617 is seven stories with stunning views of Tampa Bay. Two bedroom and three bedroom condos are available in this village.
One covered carport for many of the condos with assigned spots for all the others. Lots of additional guest parking is provided. An inside laundry is in the kitchen or hall way of each condo. One indoor cat is welcome.
The lovely Village III Clubhouse includes a full kitchen, lending library, sofa, love seats and a flat screen TV.
The heated pool and spa are located in a lush private setting behind the clubhouse. Lounges, chairs and Tiki covered tables enhance the atmosphere and provide the perfect spot for relaxing.
Cove Cay Village IV
Six seven story buildings comprise this Village. Many of the condos in building 3400 and 3300 have lovely views of Tampa Bay. Building 3200, 2900, 2800, and 2700 may have some water views and views of the lush tropical Cove Cay Golf course. One bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom condos are available in this village.
One covered carport for every condos with lots of additional guest parking. Pets are not allowed in this Village.
Surrounded by a sparkling pond with a tinkling fountain sits the updated clubhouse for Village IV. It includes a full kitchen, lending library, sofa, love seats and a flat screen TV. Play cards or a board game on one of the tables with family or friends.
