Cove Cay Village I has five buildings situated closest to Tampa Bay which affords spectacular views of the water. You’ll also view the Bayside Bridge and on a clear day, the downtown skyline of the city of Tampa.
You will find two 10 story buildings, one 7 story and two 4 story buildings, all equipped with elevators. Each condo was built with a screened balcony. You will have an assigned covered carport with plenty of guest parking available. Owner in Village I are permitted to have one cat in residence.
